Free Carriage Rides In Cloverdale December 2

The annual custom of offering free carriage rides for the Cloverdale community, as part of the holiday season festivities, continue this year. Sponsored by Cloverdale Main Street with grant funds made available through Putnam County Tourism and Convention Bureau, the carriage rides are offered from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., in historic downtown Cloverdale, with loading at the corner of 231 and Columbus Street (east). Members of the Cloverdale Lions Club assist with this activity. The wonderful experience of these rides provides fond memories for families and friends, as they ride the carriage of Enchanted Carriage Company (Robert Ross). That same evening at 6:00 p.m., the community Christmas tree will be lighted, with assistance from Santa Helpers, Kealy Hughes and Jacob Hamilton, students of Cloverdale Elementary. Invite your friends and family and join us Friday, December 2nd as the holiday season is ushered in.
