Paul Franklin Fidler, 80


Paul Franklin Fidler Paul Franklin Fidler Paul Franklin Fidler, 80, Cloverdale, went to be with our heavenly father on November 22, 2012, at The Waters of Greencastle. He was born on November 20, 1932, in Eminence, Indiana, and was the son of the late William Chesley and Ivy Beryl [Murphy] Fidler.

He was married to Juanetta Lavonne [Sutherlin] Fidler on November 15, 1952, and she survives. He is also survived by his children, Angela Joy Hiigel and husband, Scott, Greencastle and Larry G. Fidler and wife Donna, Cloverdale; his sister, Martha Fluke and husband, William, Mooresville; and his grandchildren, Michael Fidler and wife, Jessica, Greencastle, Andrew Fidler and wife, Olivia, Franklin, Emma Hiigel, Greencastle, and Coby Hiigel, Greencastle.

He was a member of the Cloverdale Church of the Nazarene. He was a retired Plumber Foreman for the Indiana Department of Corrections at the Plainfield Juvenile Correctional Facility. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army during Korea.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at 1:00 PM at the Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale. Interment was made in the Cloverdale Cemetery.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, James Fidler and Elmer Fidler.
