Rich announced as Christmas Parade Grand Marshall


Jeff Rich Jeff Rich Introducing Cloverdale Main Streets “An Old Fashion Christmas” Parade, to be held on December 3rd at 1:00 p.m. The Grand Marshall is Jeff Rich.

Anything pertaining to helping kids that Jeff is asked to do, he says yes in a heartbeat, 9 times out of 10.

Some of the things that Jeff has been a supporter of are the Cloverdale Christmas Parade, Ladies day at the Putnam County Fair, the Swine Show at the fair, FFA, Realtors Bingo, Tri-Kappa Trivia, Cloverdale Elementary PTO Bingo, Mansfield Mushroom Fest and the Putnam County Museum Fundraiser.

Jeff has been an auctioneer for 22 years, had the Cloverdale Event Center for 9 years and has been a Cloverdale School bus driver for 20 years. He is a current member of the Masonic Lodge and the Scottish Rite in Terre Haute.

An upcoming event scheduled for February 4th, 2017 at the Putnam County Fairgrounds is the Have A Heart Fundraiser. This event was started after Jeff Rich had a major heart attack. He wishes to continue with it to help others. This is an all-day family friendly event that includes a health fair, fitness classes, raffle, silent auction, food and surprises! Lots of activities for the whole family. This would be a fun mother - son, father - daughter valentine activity.

Money raised at this event will be used to place more A.E.D.’s (automated external defibrillator) in public buildings plus other worthy causes.
