Earth Day celebration at Putnam County Public Library

Join us in the Imagination Portal on Saturday, April 22nd at 3:00 pm for an Earth Day Celebration! We’ll be baking Earth Day treats and making our very own recycled bird feeders to take home. This event is open to all ages, and everyone is welcome. See you there!

Books & Brews Book Club Starts April 26th!

The Putnam County Public Library, in collaboration with Wasser Brewing, is excited to announce the start of our newest book club, Books & Brews. This new club will explore literature in slightly different way than our other book clubs. Instead of picking a specific title for each meeting, we’ll be selecting a genre and welcoming members to pick any book from that genre. At the meetings, we’ll discuss the various books we’ve read in a social atmosphere with good beer and excellent food. The inaugural meeting will be at Wasser Brewing on April 26th at 8:00 pm, and our first genre for discussion will be any title from the New York Times bestsellers lists, past or current. All are welcome, so mark your calendars and be sure to join us on the 26th!
