Emily Clark is presented Scholarship Certificate

(Courtesy photo) The Putnam County Retired Teachers Association is pleased to announce that Emily Clark Bell has been awarded the 2017 Putnam County Retired Teachers Scholarship. This scholarship is awarded to an individual who graduated from a Putman County high school and is enrolled in an Indiana college or university undergraduate program that will result in a degree in education. Emily is a 2014 graduate of South Putnam High School. She attends Indiana State University where she is pursuing a degree in elementary education with certifications in reading and special education. Emily will be student teaching at Tzouanakis Elementary School in Greencastle in the Fall Semester of 2017. The Putnam County Retired Teachers Association is open to all retired teachers, guidance counselors, and administrators. The next meeting will be September 11, 2017 at The Putnam Inn.
