Participate in Cloverdale’s future

Cloverdale Hosts open House for the Town’s Comprehensive Plan

Cloverdale, IN – Cloverdale is developing a comprehensive plan that will identify goals, policies and action steps to guide the community for the next 20 years. The Comprehensive Plan is driven by public input and the Town needs your ideas, comments and feedback. Are there issues relating to the use of the land, housing or transportation in Cloverdale that you can tell us about? What other items are important to you that we should consider?

The Town is hosting an open house on Thursday, June 8th from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Town Hall. Following a brief presentation at 5:15 pm, residents, business owners, workers and visitors are invited to provide ideas, comments and thoughts through a variety of visioning exercises.

“We want to get as many people involved as possible. People can bring their kids and stop by for as little as 15 minutes to fully participate,” said Cheryl Galloway.

This plan will serve as a statement of the community’s vision, providing direction for future development within the community, including land use, transportation, recreation, utilities and more. It will also include an analysis of existing conditions, articulate goals, form strategies for land use, transportation and community facilities, and provide specific action steps to be taken over the next 20 years.

The Town needs your help and input to decide what is best for the community’s future! Don’t miss out on this opportunity to share your ideas for how Cloverdale should grow, where development and reinvestment should be located and much more.
