Baby & Me, 10-10:30 a.m. Sing songs, read stories, play with toys, talk, and laugh with your baby. For early talkers (newborns to 24 months).

Ice Cream Party, 12-1:30 p.m. Celebrate the end of summer reading by building a better sundae!

Professor Steve’s Marvelous Machines, 1-2 p.m. Join us for Professor Steve’s Marvelous Machines Show!

Introduction to Computers, Part 3 at Heritage Lake 1-3 p.m. All classes are for beginners and are free and open to the public but registration is required since space is limited. To sign up for any of the upcoming classes, you can view the library website at PCPL21. org, call Mike at 765-653- 2755 Ext. 118, or stop by our circulation or reference desks at the library.

IN Talking Book and Braille Library Presentation, 1-2 p.m. Learn about resources available for the visually impaired from the Indiana State Library’s Talking Book and Braille Library.

Yarn Perch, 5-8 p.m. Need Crochet help or Crochet Companionship? Jo MacPhail will take her Yarn Perch (located on the balcony above the lobby) every Thursday evening to help those in need.

Play Mah Jongg, 6-8 p.m. For those who know the game. Newcomers need to contact Janice at DarksidersMaxine@msn.com to arrange for instruction.

Mah Jongg Game, 12:30-3 p.m. For all players who know the game (not the computer version). Newcomers are welcome to watch and learn.

Masterpiece of the Month, 4-5 p.m. Each month, we’ll explore different mediums and get inspired by famous artists and illustrators. Listen to stories and create your own masterpiece. All ages are welcome.

Ancient Practices for Modern Healing, 5-6:30 p.m. Vibrational Medicine. In this session you’ll see a presentation and experience the use of sound such as chanting, singing, laughter, and mantras for healing.

Learn to Crochet, 6-7:30 p.m.

Toddler Time, 10-10:30 a.m. Sing songs, hear stories and nursery rhymes, move around to music and action songs, and make a craft. Ages 12-35 months.

Preschool Storytime, 11-11:45 a.m. Hear theme-based stories, move around and sing action songs, make a craft, and have a small snack. Ages 3-5 year olds.

Bridge for Everyone, 1:30-3:30 p.m. Come to an open bridge game on Thursday afternoons in the Kiwanis room. All who enjoy bridge are invited to attend, regardless of skill level. This group will be facilitated by Dorothy Brown. If you have questions, please contact Barbara Timm at btimm@PCPL21.org.

LibrarYoga, 5:30-6:30 p.m. PCPL is offering free Yoga sessions led by certified yoga instructors every Thursday evening. Classes are for all levels of students.

Author Talk: K.L. Montgomery, 7-8 p.m. K. L. Montgomery, author of Green Castles, Fat Girl, and Given to Fly, will give an author’s talk followed by a book sale and signing.

Imagination Portal Unplugged, 9 a.m.-12 p.m. Looking for a little quiet time? These hours are for you. Enjoy the Imagination Portal without monitors, video games, or music in the background.
