CHS takes win over South Vermillion

(Courtesy Photo) The Cloverdale Varsity volley team moved to 3-1 on the season with a victory over South Vermillion. 25-7, 25-15, 25-7.

The Clovers had a strong balanced performance from the Clovers. Leading the charge was MacKenzie Stoltz with 21 service points, four aces and 12 kills; Tori Combs had nine kills and six blocks; Justyce Monnett had 11 service points and seven kills; Hannah Rady had 14 points, four aces and 30 assists; Haley Thomas had four kills and 12 receptions; Kayla Perdue had four kills; and Morgan Goss had seven digs; Kiley Shedron had four points.


MacKenzie Stoltz MacKenzie Stoltz The Clovers are continuing to work and different lineups to try and have a balanced performance with different challengers to have a variety of options depending on what is needed against teams.

Coach Scott is happy with the performance in the early season and hopes to continue to improve.
