Curtis William Priddy, 88

Curtis William Priddy Curtis William Priddy Curtis William Priddy, 88, of Roachdale passed away on October 1, 2017 at Hickory Creek at Sunset in Greencastle.

He was born on November 7, 1928 in Buffalo, West Virginia to Pearl and Gay Taylor Priddy.

He was a foreman for the book bindery at Horizon Printing in Indianapolis. He also preached for 20 years in Montezuma, Cloverdale and many of the churches in Putnam County. He also worked as a farmer.

He married Goldie Davis in Winfield, West Virginia and she preceded him in death. On November 3, 1993 he married Carolyn Alexander in Spencer and she survives.

He is survived by his wife Carolyn; two sons, Clarence Carl and Donald Wayne Priddy; daughters, Mona, Mary, Patty, and Pauline; brothers, Russell Wayne, Ray Priddy; sisters, Linda Bush, Willie Higginbotham, and Sharon Clark.

He was preceded in death by sons, Curtis, Denver, Delmer Priddy; brothers, Kenneth L., Harry F., Alvin A.; sisters, Nettie Mattox, Irene Hayth, and Wanda Grant.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday October 5, 2017 at Servies & Morgan Funeral Home in Roachdale at 12 noon.

Visitation will be one hour before service. Pastor Gene Walls will officiate. Burial will follow service in Oakland Cemetery in Montezuma, Indiana.
