Cloverdale man pleads guilty to dealing meth

Bobby J. McIntosh Bobby J. McIntosh Bobby J. McIntosh, age 30 of Cloverdale, appeared in the Owen Circuit Court I on Monday morning and pled guilty as charged to two counts of dealing in methamphetamine (level 5 felonies).

The dealing charges stemmed from two undercover investigations conducted by officers with the Owen County Sheriff’s Department.

According to the probable cause affidavit filed in the case, McIntosh sold methamphetamine to confidential informants in northern Owen County on November 18, 2016 and January 4, 2017.

According to Owen County Prosecutor Don VanDerMoere, McIntosh was sentenced to a total of 2190 days with 1095 days executed in the Department of Corrections followed by 1095 days suspended to probation.
