October 27 - 28

39th Annual Holiday Craft Fair, sponsored by the Putnam County Extension Homemakers Past Presidents will be held Friday and Saturday, Oct. 27-28 at the Putnam County Fairgrounds York Automotive Group Community Building.

The Homemakers Club, “One Stitch at a Time” will be providing food during the two-day event. Times for the show will be: Friday, 4-8 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

October 28

The Coatesville United Methodist women are hosting a rummage and bake sale from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. in the church basement, located in Coatesville, west on Hadley St. off of St. Rd. 75. Something for everyone: books, toys, game, tools, household and linen items, infant to adult clothing and shoes and delicious baked goods. For questions, contact Judy Dunlap at 765-386-6380.

October 29

Fallfest - Soul Harvest Church will host a community Fallfest for toddlers through sixth grade from 5-7 p.m. at Cloverdale Community Park. Come dressed in costumes and enjoy a free family friendly event.

November 4

St. John’s the Apostle Catholic Church – 42nd Annual HOLIDAY Craft Show, 9 a.m.-3 p.m., located at 4607 W. St. Rd. 46 at the junction of St. Rd. 46 and Union Valley Rd., Ellettsville; just up the hill from the McDonalds. Homemade/handmade only event featuring more than 45 artisans from surrounding counties. Free Admission – Door Prizes. Lunch will be served. Contact: Barb Tapp, 812-325-3149.

November 7

Cataract Lake Area Crime Watch meeting is scheduled for Nov. 7 at 6:30 p.m. and will be held at the Cataract Vol. Fire Dept. We will be covering neighborhood concerns and area report from Sheriff ’s office.
