Mariah McClure won first place and $20. Mariah McClure won first place and $20. Color abounds on the grounds of Cataract Lake Water Corporation and not just from the Christmas decorations!

Recently, a coloring contest was held for the children and grandchildren of the members of the water utility and these fine works of art have been on display in our office!

We are very proud of all our little artists and want to congratulate all of them on a job well done! A lot of color, imagination and creativity went into these masterpieces!

All it took was a duo of reindeer and a tree with a star on a coloring form for the children to amaze us with their artistic abilities. Who could imagine something as simple as a good old-fashioned coloring contest would bring so much joy?

This age old tradition has been a thrill for us to be a part of and has brought about some beaming and proud little smiling faces. What a happy memory!

Daylin Miller won second place and $10 Daylin Miller won second place and $10 Children are our future. Anything we can do to inspire them to be creative, to be individuals and to build their self-esteem by making them feel good about themselves helps lead them in a positive direction.

Best wishes for a happy, safe and colorful New Year in 2018 from the employees and board members of Cataract Lake Water Corporation.
