Travel Talk: Everglades after Hurricane Irma

The Putnam County Public Library is hosting a brown-bag Travel Talk on Wednesday, Feb. 21 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. DePauw students in the Wilderness Writing: Paddling Florida’s Everglades winter term will discuss their kayaking/ canoe journey through the Hurricane Irma ravaged ecosystem.

Their photo documentary will include their personal trials and tribulations, the impact on land and sea of Irma, and their volunteer work to help restore it. Feel free to bring your lunch.
