The Clovers scored 10 runs on 12 hits and committed four errors.

The Tiger Cubs finished with two runs on seven hits and committed five errors.

In the circle, Macie Couch notched her 14th win of the season, striking out three.

Sky Lowe led the Clover offense with two singles, a double and two RBI. Makenzie Allen had three singles and two RBI, Macie Couch a double, Morgan Goss a single, Hannah Long a single and two RBI, Autumn Lewellen a single and Holly Garretson a single and an RBI.

“Cloverdale improved to 14-5, the second win over Greencastle in three days,” coach Spencer said after the game.

“Today’s game was not quite as well planned as Saturday’s game, but we were fortunate enough to make a few more plays offensively and defensively than Greencastle. We are just trying to get better at making good decisions in the field, at the plate and on the bases.”
